REFUNDS AND PAYMENT-PROCESSING FEES

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of purchase. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Any nonrefundable payment-processing, international transaction, cross-border, or currency-conversion fees charged on the original payment will be deducted from the refund.

If any sessions from a package have already been used, those sessions will be calculated at the regular single-session rate in effect on the purchase date. The remaining eligible balance will then be refunded, less the nonrefundable third-party fees described above.

This policy applies except where applicable law requires otherwise.
